TEMPERATURE
*Thermometers*	All welded stainless steel constructed Bimetal thermometers. Dial sizes range from 1 ž" through 5". Back, bottom and adjustable angle models available. Stem lengths from 2 ˝" through 72". Glass Industrial, Digital, Surface Mount, Infrared and Food Service models are also available. For remote applications we offer Gas Actuated, Vapor Tension and RTDs. various temperature ranges and capillary lengths are available. The most important accessory available for temperature indicators is the thermowell. We offer many different alloys, connection sizes and lengths.
*Switches*	The negative rate Belleville disc spring is the most reliable sensing element available in industrial pressure switches. Since the Belleville disc spring does not contain pressure it has high over-pressure capabilities with no effect on the set point accuracy. The short stroke of the Belleville disc spring during operation minimizes wear. The spring travels approximately 0.020". The switch has virtually no moving parts. Switches are available for remote installations by using capillary lines. Adjustable temperature ranges are -69 F through 925 F. With a variety of materials available we are sure to be compatible with you process application.
*Transmitters/RTD*	Our transmitter employs a resistive thermal device to measure process temperature. Utilizing the relationship between resistance and temperature change in metals, RTDs provide a very stable and repeatable output. The RTD is available with a head mounted two wire 4-20mA transmitter. Also available is a digital thermometer with 4-20 mA output and optional set point switches.

*Gages* KOBOLD Instruments	Kobold's bypass level gauges are used in applications requiring continuous measurement, indication and control of liquid levels. Any medium with a viscosity less than 500-cPs is a candidate. Kobold's bypass design relies on the hydrostatic pressure principle to display tank level in a side mounted measuring chamber. A float, containing a ring magnet, rises and falls with the liquid level in the bypass tube. Transmission, visual indication, or switching may be achieved by mounting magnetically sensitive devices on the exterior of the bypass chamber. These devices tracks are activated by the magnet inside the float.
*Switches* KOBOLD Instruments	The KOBOLD Instruments level switch product line runs the gamut from tethered float switches to non-contact ultrasonic to microwave technology. KOBOLD is your answer for cost effective OEM switches or custom made or modified switching for specific process applications. Anything from basic float through microwave design are available.
*Transmitters* KOBOLD Instruments	If you need a level transmitter we have several options to investigate. The microwave design is capable of transmitting even with a heavy coating built up on the probe. This unit has an accuracy of +/- 1% of span and a resolution of 0.032". The output is 4-20 mA two wire. Our ultrasonic transmitter is a full-featured level sensing system suitable for monitoring levels of liquid and some dry bulk materials. The unit’s sophisticated signal processing delivers an accuracy of +/- 0.25% and Is repeatable to +/- 0.125". The output is 4-20 mA. For aggressive applications with high pressure and temperature you may want to consider using our Bypass level transmitter. The unit gives visual indication via magnetic flags mounted in a hermetically sealed chamber and transmits a 4-20 mA signal via either a resistance chain transducer mounted to the float chamber. This unit allows continuous level measurement in 0.4" (10mm) increments.
